Engaging education will consistently occur in the classroom if trust has been developed between the teacher and student. The ability of students to display enthusiasm for learning, feel comfortable with themselves and their environment, and experience intrinsic satisfaction and motivation on a regular basis is heavily dependent on the foundation of trust that has been constructed by the teacher and accepted by the student.
